Morgan appeared alongside other actors in the documentary film Safe Sex for Men and Women that focuses on AIDS prevention and education. Morgan donated a portion of her earnings towards the American Foundation for AIDS Research. Morgan is also a member of the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan is part of the Entertainment Industry's AIDS Task Team.
